Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a nice class to fill a requirement, but if you aren't well versed in American Literature there is a lot to learn and grasp in every class you attend. Pop quizzes are given. Andrews allows students to resubmit essays for the opportunity of improving your score. Extra credit options are available.

    Course highlights:

Emily Dickinson, flexible essay prompts, Postmodernism studies

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would read just as the schedule is set up. It's so easy to procrastinate but it takes a lot of weight off your shoulders come midterms and finals.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Not only was the class interesting but the professor made it ten times better! She is a tough grader, but in the end, it was all worth it! You really do learn something when the semester is over.

    Course highlights:

I gained more knowledge on the Puritans and their look on life. Learning about Benjamin Franklin and writing a paper on him made me intrigued with him afterwards. You will definitely learn a lot in this class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Although this class is tough, still around! Don't drop out early on, you will love this class and Professor Terry! She will always help you when you are struggling, she did with me!
