Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking chemistry because it's so interesting and so fun to learn about. The only thing that sucks is that there is a little math involved but once you get the swing of the problems, it's a breeze! It just requires studying and you have to put the work in to get good scores.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the interesting experiments. I loved learning about chemical reactions through notes and how they work, and then physically seeing them and watching it come alive.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study! Take the extra time to look at quizlet or other study websites. It's not that it's a hard class, but you really have to put effort in to get a good grade.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Not only does this class show you the true importance of independence, but it pushes you to give the extra "three percent". The structure of the class forces you into a college-like atmosphere that allows you to gain essential experience for the future., and it creates a sense of urgency, in everyone who takes it, to turn in assignments on time and study for tests.

    Course highlights:

In this class, students' grades are mostly impacted by test scores. With this being said, in order to pass the class, it is very important to note only take notes during lectures, but to also review those notes in a way that is understandable to you. Your ability to understand the information presented to you is crucial in passing the class.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If your plan on taking this class, it is very important that you stay organized and keep a binder for information. Not only are binder checks apart of your grade, but they allow you to stay organized, and they reduce the risk of clutter and late assignments. Most importantly, be on time. Tardiness only leads to procrastination, and procrastination can lead to failure.
