    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Mrs. Hay is an amazing and dedicated teacher who has helped me improve my reading and writing skills, which have ultimately prepared me for rigorous course wok in my future endeavors.

    Course highlights:

    As there were many timed essays and readings completed within this course, I learned how to advance my vocabulary, write in a sophisticated manner, and incorporated rhetoric in my essays. I learned how to communicate effectively, analyze texts and the rhetoric involved within each text, and strengthened my literary understanding and vocabulary.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you set goals for yourself throughout the school year to help advance your reading levels and writing skills. Always thoroughly read each text that you are assigned and annotate when necessary. Participate in every discussion to further your communication skills and have fun!
