Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Stickel is a fantastic teacher. She knows everything about chemistry and explains it in a way that anyone would understand it. The topics covered in the course are very interesting and by far my favorite topic to study in science.

    Course highlights:

This course consisted of the basics of the periodic table, all kinds of chemical reactions, an intense lab aspect, acids and bases, and many other topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you enjoy science! Some of the material could be a but dry, but if you are interested, you will catch on fast and enjoy it.

I learned polyatomic ions that I thought were impossible to memorize

    Hours per week:

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. B. truly cares about his students. He is willing to do whatever means necessary to ensure that a student understands the material.

    Course highlights:

The laboratory experiments were the highlights of this course. In lab, difficult concepts like stoichiometry and gas laws were occurring right in front of my eyes. The hands-on experience was essential in understanding the material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to pay attention in the beginning portion of the course. All science that is learned later in the year is dependent on the naming techniques and mathematical operations that you learn in the first month.
