    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course with Mr. Reynolds because he had instilled within me to criticaly think and explain in detail whenever I give answers. This honors course has improved my writing and social skills because I was able to collaborate with my classmates.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was reading and actually understanding Shakespeare's works of literature. In this class we would gather in a socratic circle and discuss about the importance of each Shakespeare line. The many socratic circles we had, increased my vocabulary and I was able to connect to the audience and persuade them that my argument was clearly proven.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Students considering to take this course will be prepared for the best when they transition into a college of their choice. It will enhance their ability to understand famous works of literature such as Shakespeare, and Canterbury Tales. The socratic circles will cause them to socialize more, and provide answers supported with coherent evidence. Also their public speaking skills will improve since we practice daily speaking to the teacher and the students.

    Advice for students:

I consider putting in extra effort because this course requires a lot of commitment.
