Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is challenging, yet it is very interesting to learn at the same time. The professor is wonderful.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Newton's Laws of Motion and other forms of Physics such as acceleration, velocity, and gravity and how they play into sports and sports injuries. We also learned about the different types of biomechanics and how biomechanics can help athletes improve their performance within their sport and also prevent injury.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell future students to work hard in this course and show up to every single class and they will be very successful. It is a very interesting and fun class, but it also comes with hard work.
