Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is amazing! Mrs. Varkey is a phenomenal teacher, and she lets her students get to know her as a person, which helps us to learn from her. The class is very literature-heavy (hence the name) and students should go into the course expecting to do a lot of reading and writing. The biggest challenge is in the course load and disciplining yourself to do the work and study, especially if you plan on taking the A.P. exam.

    Course highlights:

I really became a better writer, I learned to show what I want to say and not tell it, which was something that I used to a lot.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do a lot of reading, and pay attention to everything when you read.

    Course highlights:

Read some interesting authors, and did some interesting projects

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate, and always do the reading on time
