    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class helps you be independent and challenges you to manage your schedule more. This class also helps you with reading and writing for later on in college when there is a big assignment that will involve research or a lot of reading.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were going onto a job shadow to get a first hadn't experience of a job we were interested in and helped us write a college research paper.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to always do the work ahead of time so they won't fall behind on the assignments and don't feel as if every major assignment is coming towards them too fastened end up procrastinating.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I learned more here in this class than I have in the rest of the years at VISA. Ms. Burnett truly cares about her students and wants us to succeed, which isn't a rare quality among the Vaughn teachers but she deserves more credit because students just don't do their work even after she makes it easier for them/us.

    Course highlights:

What I have gained from this course was how to properly create a resume and arrange it so it's based off the job you want. I've also learned how to create an outline and correctly write a research paper, although I might have not applied those skills myself.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I'd give to future students is to always keep up with the work. It isn't alot but only seems that way because it builds up. Yesterdays homework is incorporated with todays classwork, which you must finish to complete tonight's homework, which will be included in tomorrows classwork and so on. It's only hard if you let it be hard, so don't say you'll make it up, because you'll be making up a weeks worth.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is lead by a teacher who not only will push you ti do your best, but will teach you things you thought were not important

    Course highlights:

The highlights if this course were the job shadow project and the final research paper. They were highlights because the job shadow gave us a look into our future to see if we were really into it, and the research paper, prepared me for college by knowing what to expect in papers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to not fall behind in your assignments. Dead lines approach you faster than you will realize and just as you thought the class was easy, everything will come down on you.
