    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it really opened my eyes to the world around me. One thing that I took away from AP Environmental Science was the knowledge of how much trash and pollutants each person produces each day, which totals about four pounds. Facts like these shocked me and I feel that everyone should be aware of their own impact on the environment, as in turn it will cause more people to think about their individual impact.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the course I learned about anything and everything pertaining to the environment. This includes facts and formulas about air quality all the way to environmental legislation. Many people will think that these formulas and facts will only be useful to those planning to enter a science based career in the future, but that is one hundred percent wrong! I use the information I learned in AP Environmental Science almost daily. Sometimes while watching the new, and even while participating in other classes. Other information that I learned in this class also serves as a constant reminder for me to remember to take care of the environment that continuously supports my peers and I.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely recommend taking the class. It will be a lot of hard work, but the information taught to you will be both interesting and useful in your daily life!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class was the labs. I learned lots of real world applications.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class I recommend putting towards homework and studying.
