    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course for the great introduction in provides into psychology. The curriculum covers a range of subjects from the brain to the mind, which makes it a course that any student can find a topic they find interesting. Completing flashcards and reading the textbook are definitely necessary to do well on tests and vocabulary quizzes. The discussions in class are also extremely thorough and delve well into the topic- one can learn a great deal of material simply by listening.

    Course highlights:

The brain and mind interact in complex ways to control the human body. While man has made great advances into the anatomy of the human brain, many truths remain to be discovered about the definite combinations of processes that amount to behavior and coordination.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook sections for each unit as they delve into case studies and statistics often tested. Do vocabulary flashcards gradually through the unit to become familiar with the content, rather than rote memorization. Make sure to thoroughly complete all assignments and listen to the teacher when he/she is detailing the information on a powerpoint presentation.
