Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It is built extremely well on Latin 1, since Wachter is the only teacher at Sanderson. Taking Latin helps your understanding of many English words. Also, since Latin is a dead language, there is really no speaking aspect of the course, and the majority of time is spent on vocabulary memorization and sentence structure.
I learned the many different verb forms and how the structure of words can change depending on where they are placed in the sentence. I also learned many words and stems that I have seen on my English vocabulary lists, making studying for these quizzes much easier.

Advice for students:
Quizlet is an extremely helpful resource, and you can use their flash card and practice test tools to help you memorize the vocabulary and declension types. If you are a student who struggles with memorization this course may prove to be extremely challenging for you, and I would recommend spending a lot of time focusing on the vocabulary.
