    This class was tough.

The highlights of Chemistry are the labs we do because you get to learn how the material we lean in class is relevant in real-life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is engaging and challenging. The teacher keeps us engaged with many hands on labs that relate to the subject matter and there are a variety of labs that will interest anyone.

    Course highlights:

I have gained a love for science that I haven't had in the past. A class full of subject matter I had previously been told is boring has become one of my favorite classes throughout the day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay close attention during lectures. Some of the material can be difficult to grasp without a thorough explanation from the teacher. Always review your notes and ALWAYS do the practice work you are provided even if it is not due for credit.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Some of the material is a little difficult to understand right away, but if you study and go in to ask questions, quizzes and tests are really easy. Putting information on notecards to study really helped me.

    Course highlights:

The labs are the best part. They are really hands-on and you have to figure out things for yourself. They also help to understand the notes you do in class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying is the only way to get a good grade. There are formulas and problems that aren't super easier to memorize if you don't go over them before a quiz or test.
