    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Though this course is required for political science majors I actually enjoyed taking this class. Dr. Hill is an incredible professor who challenges his students to work on their own but he is always available for help outside the course (which I took full advantage of!). This course is extremely demanding and, at times, unbelievably frustrating but it is worth it because I now have a greater grasp on how to conduct research, specifically political research.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight of the course for me was the gratification that came from completing my semester-long research project. Turning that bad-boy in was the best moment of my college career thus far. I learned how to conduct political research, which is necessary for me to complete my senior research project next year.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class; BUY THE WORKBOOK - its more expensive than renting it but it's so worth it because Dr. Hill requires us to turn in the worksheet exercises.
