    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it teaches you so much about exercise science. It introduces you to topics you would never think are related to sports, such as the psychology of it all.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were definitely memorizing the muscles and bones of our body. I think this is knowledge that will be useful for the rest of your life and it is so much fun to know.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course is not something to be taken lightly, you must put work into it. You will get back what you put in so do not procrastinate and do all of your work. This class can be so much fun and knowledgeable so take advantage.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Ms. Castelli is one of the nicest people you will meet and the course is actually interesting and useful.

    Course highlights:

    I was able to learn about human anatomy and physiology which helped prepare me for year 2 of IB Bio in which that is the main topic

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention to the notes in class because that is what is on the test.

    I absolutely love learning about the human body and what our potential really is when it comes to athletics and health training.

    Course highlights:

    I have already learned all the bones and muscles of the body but i'm excited to learn more.

    This is a very detailed and meticulous class so be prepared to put all your effort and time into it.
