    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone pursuing a higher education relating to STEM fields. Knowing this level of chemistry may not be essential, but it's definitely a great tool for any scientific or technological education.

    Course highlights:

From this course, I learned the value of asking questions. I was also exposed to a flipped classroom for the first time, which was interesting. Not to mention the awesome chemistry things I learned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The AP Chemistry test is really tough. There are some difficult concepts involved, so you'll need lots of studying and practice. Just doing all of the work that is assigned isn't enough.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Belland is a highly capable teacher and the subject is intriguing. Although it is complex, it's worth knowing how the world around you works!

    Course highlights:

The most interesting part of this class were the chemical equations themselves. I enjoyed learning which elements made which compounds. It was cool to see how almost every element on the periodic table plays a role in our everyday lives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY!!!! Even when you think you know a subject, it never hurts to go over it just one more time! You should also do any and all extra credit available. Teachers wont always go out of their way to help you, and you should take the chance when you get it!

    Course Overview:

It took my understanding of chemistry to another level. Which if you love chemistry you will know that there is a lot of fun, especially when you do experiments.

    Course highlights:

By far the best experience would have to be the amazing things we were able to do as a class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Try your best and when you are feeling like a failure just keep giving it your all.
