    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is probably a review of any other leadership class or training you've ever had. It's a lot of self-reflective work and reviewing situations to "gauge a better understanding of leadership in the real world".

    Course highlights:

Like stated above, it's a lot of review. Very few if any new topics, case study presentations are rough in preparation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a required course for MBA students, and isn't too hard at all. There are some small assignments you want to make sure you do, but the big portion of your grade will come from two exams (study the slides), a book presentation, a case presentation and a self-reflective paper.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course that teaches you a lot out personality types and behaviors.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course is taking the personal assessments and learning about your own personality. It helps to understand why you do certain things, and allows you to apply the information to situations where you can better understand the people around you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There is a lot of writing in the course. Be sure to start your papers early and don't start slacking off just because you receive a good grade on the first paper or two. Many people made that mistake.
