Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Ms. Felix because not only is she an incredible teacher but she is also bringing outside sources in order to inform us about politics and government.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights would be how much the students are learning about political and government issues and how people have come up with ideas on how to prevent those issues.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To take it because the class gives information about the government in general and all its branches.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this scholarship to everyone because it's a simple scholarship to sign up for and it does not take much time for anyone. Another point to make is that this application makes you look into what makes a student successful and it gives the opportunity to see if we were doing the right thing in school and reflect on your answer.

    Course highlights:

During this course which is US Government I learned a lot more about politics and the type of government system we have in our nation. I learned that our nation's government follows the ideas of Capitalism in which our economy is a key topic. We learned that we have many rights as citizens to make a profit in this nation and improve ourselves financially. I also learned about the three branches of government and the role that each one plays.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give students who are interested in taking this course would be to stay informed of what's going on in the news in terms of politics that way you will understand what you are learning in the class. Also it is important to learn your basic rights as a citizen so that when it comes time to defend yourself or you go vote you will be prepared and informed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Loved this course. This course was helpful in learning about how our government works on many levels. From learning the criminal/justice system side, to learning how the election process works, I was able to expand my knowledge. This put me on a path of possibly knowing what I wanted to focus on in college when I was previously undecided. I am looking forward to the next semester.

    Course highlights:

The advantages of learning the different areas of our government and who it works. Especially going into a political election for a president, this gave me the knowledge and advance opportunity to study the candidates and know their stances before taking my first step as a voter.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go in prepared, know your going to have to put work in but know the material is something you will appreciate in future years. Everyone should want to know how our government works and this opportunity, if used right and you apply yourself can be both knowledgeable and fun.
