    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Mckinney is a great teacher and although this course is a difficult one, it will be worth the headache.

    Course highlights:

The high lights of this course is that it is a senior class, the environment is relaxing and easy to learn, and there are several labs that are involved, so it is a hands on class. You also get to go to six flags at the end of the year.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to pay attention in class because you will be hit with a lot of notes and information, go to tutoring, and ask questions everyday, because you might get lost in the class if you don't.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you take AP Chemistry then you will learn many new concepts about elements and reactions and do different interesting labs.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from acids and bases to equilibrium of an equation. The highlights for me were doing the labs, I liked the hands on interactive part of it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to take the course only if they like science or want to major in science or chemistry. Many of my fellow students didn't even like chemistry but they wanted the AP credit and ended up struggling. Overall it was a very good class, if you're good at chemsitry.
