Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is not to quickly paced, but it's not too slow either. It can be a lot of fun, even with the hard work. The teacher is also fairly nice, and willing to work with you both before and after school if necessary.

    Course highlights:

So far the best part of the class was calculating food recipes into limit equations, and then making that food for a math party. But we've also used drones to make limit graphs, line graphs for trig review, and now we've started derivatives and differentiation, and we cant forget the ranges of infinity.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't ever copy everything off the board, create note that you understand. Also keep a few separate sheets, only 9 or 10, for equations so you can find them easily for memorization purposes. Finally, never fear to ask a question. If you don't understand, find someone who does. The teacher isn't the only one in the class and you can always make a new friend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class if fun and the teacher is easygoing. If you follow along and pay attention it is an easy class to pass. Mr. Hopkins goes over as much as you need and is willing to spend extra time out of school to help you understand.

    Course highlights:

I've only just started the course my self, but we've already started learning the idea behind how calculous give you equations for real world shapes rather than perfect shapes. So far my favorite chapter was on limits.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep notes that are easy to understand, don't copy everything down though. Pictures are very helpful, even if they are dust rough sketches they can give you an idea of what to look for. You alto should always label each chapter and unit so you can find it easier latter. And above all else, NEVER SKIP CLASS, you'll regret it later.
