    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Lawson is very hardcore and intense but she is also a superb teacher, you can see how much she loves what she teaches.

    Course highlights:

I liked having a really good teacher who helped me understand the material and how to really dig deeper into the meaning of a piece of literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DO THE READING. she can tell when you have sparknotes it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because even though it is very fast paced Mrs. Lawson is very good at making the books we study interesting and she is a very good teacher overall.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to write well in this course; because Mrs. Lawson is so picky about what she expects from us as students I have learned how to write clearly and get my point across. I have also learned about close reading and how different words have different weight.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the books, don't sparknotes it because if you do you will fail.
