    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in the field of hospitality management. It's a superb introductory course for anyone who wants to pursue a major in that field or maybe to just get a feel for what the major entails. The class provided further insight into the lodging and culinary industries.

    Course highlights:

For me, the highlight of this course was the plethora of guest speakers. It was fascinating to hear from a variety of speakers and their experiences from working in the hospitality industry. I learned that anyone working in the hospitality industry must accept the fact that they will be working several hours and it might not be for the best pay but in the end, it is all worth it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely keep up with the readings because if you don't then it will be difficult to catch up on all of them right before the exam. Most of the material on the exam comes from the reading so make sure to take good notes while reading and take advantage of the extra credit opportunities offered!
