Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In this class you take several online quizzes and then a final at the end, so your grade is based on whether your average quiz scores or you final score was higher, or a combination of the two. Participation isn't required.

    Course highlights:

This is an introduction class so you don't learn anything that is too in depth, but you do learn an overview of the body systems, and what kinesiology is. You also learn a little about kinetics, kinematics and biomechanics, but nothing too difficult.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You should go to class, try your best on the online quizzes and study for the final.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend even if not an exercise science major to learn more about effective exercising.

    Course highlights:

I learned more about myself and my body and how I can effectively exercise.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always go to class because UD capture won't do his lectures justice.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. There is so much interesting information presented and it made me feel a lot more prepared for the Exercise Science major. Some people will say it's boring and that you don't need to go to every lecture, but I'd highly advise against that.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Knight is incredibly enthusiastic about the material and LOVES when students share his enthusiasm and ask questions or participate. I learned more in this class than any other course last semester. It was so interesting! Tons of information about kinesiology, biology, anatomy, biomechanics and more.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to lecture! Even though attendance is not optional, it is much more beneficial to attend Dr. Knight's lectures and it will also help a lot when preparing for the final.
