    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was an excellent course that truly showed what it's like to learn veterinary medicine. We got to experience the different systems in an animal, and absorbed so much information over the course of the semester.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was our dissection labs. We were able to use what we learned in lecture during our labs. The hands-on experience was truly an eye-opening experience that made me excited to continue my career in veterinary medicine.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is a huge time commitment and requires studying everyday, even if it's just reviewing your notes. There's quizzes every other week and three exams over the course of the semester. It requires heavy memorization and true understanding of the material in order to do well.
