Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Dr. Graves is a very engaging professor who really knows what she's doing. Her lectures are easy to follow, mainly due to her PowerPoints which are a great help to refer to for homework or studying. She's also incredibly helpful if you go to her during office hours. Exams aren't too difficult if you really make sure to grasp the material as best as you can.
I took this course to complete the prerequisites for my major, which is Medical Diagnostics for pre-medical studies. It was a really helpful course to give me a refresher on the chemistry knowledge I already had from high school classes. In fact, she even helped me to better understand some concepts that I couldn't fully comprehend in high school.

Advice for students:
It's really important to attend lectures and pay attention. She uses UD Capture, so it's okay if you miss something because you'll be able to check back on it, but I recommend trying to go to class regularly. The practice problems on Sapling are a ton of help when studying for an exam, and she's easy to approach if you need to ask questions. So don't be afraid to go to her office hours for extra help!
