Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Wiens is a really great teacher. She makes the information relevant and exciting to learn about.

    Course highlights:

This course has a food lab requirement and the lab is amazing! Each week you are given a new experiment. Bonus: you get to take leftovers home.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Put the time and effort into the lab reports. They do not take too much time but definitely follow all directions to receive full credit. Also, the exams are pretty straight forward but be sure to read each question carefully and know the content.
