Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Professor Fang is really funny and easy to talk to! He truly wants you to understand the material so pay close attention to his analogys. Like, referring to oxaloacetate as a lollipop stick. The book is actually more helpful than you might think so I definitely recommend getting it. Pro tip: you can rent it from the library for 2hr periods at a time. Take notes on your powerpoints. Print them out don't take notes on your laptop. Trust me I'm usually a computer note taker and for this class writing is necessary.
The highlights are his jokes, you won't forget the material because he makes it so relatable. You learn a lot about the vitamins and it really helps to understand the body processes.

Advice for students:
You definitely need the textbook to succeed. Taking good notes is important too. The exams aren't too difficult there are the occasional trip up questions but overall study the powerpoints and you will be golden.
