Not too easy. Not too difficult.

I liked the projects. They were structured in a reasonable way.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the assignments and projects. There are many, but they are all pretty crucial in learning what you need to know.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very fast paced. The professor covers the entire textbook within the first 4-5 weeks. This may seem daunting, but if you do your best to keep up with the class, it becomes a breeze after that. If you feel as if you can handle having a large amount of information to learn in a short period of time, this is the class for you.

    Course highlights:

In previous semesters the professor advances the course around a poker game that you work on during labs. At first you create the cards and the deck of the game, followed by the rule set and a poker table. Eventually you will have a functioning poker game that you can play online. Also, tests are open book, open note, open computer (but not open Internet)

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always show up for classes, especially during the first 4 weeks. If you have any problems with your lab group, discuss them with the TAs and the professor immediately, don't spend half the semester with people you hate.
