    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it because you get to cook and learn a lot about food.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights came from the food labs because they correlate with what we are learning in class.

    Advice for students:

    To be successful you need to turn in work on time and do not get lazy.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It a good class where you could make food every other week and learn the right & wrong way of food preparation and handling food.

    Course highlights:

    I have gained knowledge of preparing food and know what & how to cook correctly.

    There is no homework in this course and the test are strait forward.

    Course Overview:

    It was a stimulating class in which we learned real life skills and the science behind them. I came out knowing a lot more about how to be a successful homemaker.

    Course highlights:

    All the yummy food we ate was definitely the best part of the class, but we also really did learn a lot!

    just pay attention in class and take notes and you will ace it.
