    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it expands on information that was taught in Chemistry Honors the year before and it also teaches new information.

    Course highlights:

One main highlight from this course was learning organic chemistry. It was a nice change from everything else we were taught and this part of chemistry was fairly easy.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this class, you need to do ALL of your homework and study. There was a lot of homework assigned in this class, but in the end, it was worth it. Also, the quizzes and tests were hard, so studying was necessary to do well on them.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It really helped me gain a better understanding for the science field as a whole. I gained a new kind of respect for teachers after taking this course. The heavy work load helped prepare me for the next few years of school.

    Course highlights:

One major highlight of this course was learning the periodic table. My eyes were opened to theories and scientists I never knew existed before. Also, it was a turning point in the sense of labs. I did not have much lab experience, but learned all about lab safety and working with elements.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Although it will be tough, it is worth it in the end. Stick with it even though I'm sure you will want to drop it after the first week. It gets better! The terms become easier to comprehend and your classmates will help you!
