    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it because it is very interesting and informative.

    Course highlights:

    We learned about significant figures, scientific notation, the periodic table, and in depth lessons of atoms and molecules.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study your notes, review information, and be prepared to be thoroughly tested. This class is more about memorization than anything else.

    It was a very interesting and in depth course with a knowledgeable teacher.

    Course highlights:

    We learned the basics of environmental science, for example nature's cycles and ecology.

    Study and review your notes everyday. There are also a lot of great resources online.

    Course Overview:

    Taking Chemistry is very important because it looks good on college applications. Most colleges want to see at lest 1 lab science.

    Course highlights:

    I learned chemistry, but it is sometimes challenging if you are not a math person. The labs were very informative and entertaining.

    Advice for students:

    Be sure to study the formulas and other material thoroughly.
