    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course has been my favorite course I have ever taken. That, of course, has much to do with the instructor. She was a very open-minded, intelligent, and inspiring, not to mention a skillful writer. She impassioned her students to reach far beyond their usual boundaries and find exponential growth in their writing and analytical skills.

    Course highlights:

Near the end of the course, before the AP Test, she had her students write around twelve essays in a relatively short period of time. This learning tactic, although strenuous for the students, allowed all of us to become comfortable with all different types of prompts, time allowances, writing styles, and concepts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't waste time. Time, in this class specifically, is something one simply cannot afford to waste. Take her assignments seriously, and contribute to the class atmosphere. She does not appreciate students who don't want to grow with the rest of the class.
