    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor is amazing! she is the only professor so far that speaks in a very spaced manner for all students to type every word she is saying and not miss anything important, she deeply cares for her students and makes the topic very interesting. She allows us to think like doctors, which most students in that class are pre-med, by giving us medical scenarios and possible diagnosis. Her exams always include everything she talks about in class with no surprises whatsoever. Overall, it is a class I would go to listen again just to learn.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the human body, the function of every system but really how all systems connect for a common goal to keep our body in balance. I grew in my critical thinking and in my memory skills as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be very proactive in every class by taking note, recording if possible and reading the material ahead of time. Always pay attention to her lecture since all of he exams come from information in lecture, understand the diagrams she draws and connections she makes. Always ask questions since she is vey good at clarifying.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very heavy course. Required for many health-professional majors. Notes in class are very hard to obtain, but lab is educational and effective at reinforcing ideas.

    Course highlights:

Lab was extremely helpful in reinforcing ideas of the course. The lab portion followed along very well with the lecture portion of the class, and the younger TAs were very relatable and made lab enjoyable.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. Don't stop studying. Buy the BRS - extremely helpful for exams in lecture.
