Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for those majoring in Psychology because Dr. Janowsky is one of the best psychology professors at UCF. Even though this is a difficult course her lectures are very easy to follow and she posts study guides and learning supplements on webcourses. She is a very approachable professor. While attending lecture isn't mandatory it is highly recommended as she goes through everything that will be on her tests, which are very straightforward.

    Course highlights:

In this course you learn about correlations, finding the mean, variance, standard deviations, and z-scores by hand, using SPSS, and writing in formal APA style. All of which will be important to understanding and interpreting actual data from experimentation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to class and work on the practice problems Dr. Janowsky provides. Ask for help when you don't understand something; don't wait until the last minute to realize you don't know what is going on. Do the homework and study guides, they will be very similar to what she is asking you on the tests and quizzes.
