    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this course is very extensive and can be overwhelming at times, Dr. Samsam does an absolutely amazing job of getting one prepared for professional health schools and personally, I have learned more information pertaining to my respective field than any other class that I have taken. His enthusiasm and desire for all his students to succeed is motivating and inspirational in itself.

    Course highlights:

Within the Human Anatomy course, I really enjoyed the clinical points and real-world application that Dr. Samsam proposed throughout the class. It provided me with the experience and knowledge to make decisions and diagnoses on scenarios and cases that he would test us on. The lab portion was also very educational because we were able to visualize what we were taught on 3D models that solidified the information made sure that we did not forget the specified body parts.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to prospective students would be to attend class religiously because Dr. Samsam does mention golden sentences that are guaranteed to be on the exams. I also recommend to read the textbook every day and review what was taught in class because he does cover a lot of information in a short period of time and you do not want to fall behind or procrastinate. I also suggest to utilize the teacher assistants; there are over twenty of them and they do an amazing job of elaborating on the material in a relaxed and comprehensive manner.
