    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I feel like psychology students can gain greater insight into more of the cognitive aspect of psychology which plays a big role in even understanding psych in the first place. Also, the professor is very well educated and really knows what she's talking about and will make sure students do as well.

    Course highlights:

I have learned a lot about the history of cognitive psych and I have learned how important the brain really is and all that it can actually do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Although the professor is very nice and tries to really teach the material as best as she can, in my personal opinion she can go a little fast at times and I will find myself extremely confused at some of the vocabulary used. I feel as though at times she thinks we automatically know what she is talking about at times even though I was completely lost.

This was a really interesting class, and the professor was great! She explained everything really well, and did a great job relating the theories so the class would understand.

I learned how humans think and different learning theories

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Showing up to class is crucial, as there is no textbook for this class
