    Great professor, really knows the industry , lively lectures

    Course highlights:

    One of the better intro classes offered, very good base line for hotel management

    Read the book and be ready for discussions in class

    Course Overview:

    He is very understanding and takes the personal time to go over material you do not understand

    Course highlights:

    He does a lot of "field trips" to hotels so we can see real life examples instead of just reading or lecturing from a text book

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to do the online quizzes, he doesn't remind you!

    Details of how a hotel should be managed and the benefits of following good management characteristics.
