Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend going to his office hours. He gives additional explanations to the lecture given in class and helps with problems so that you understand the concept and basics before the exams.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the small assignments and homework he had in mastering chemistry as well as the teaching assistant and the discussion class itself. The TA explained things using a different outlook which helps if you're struggling with the professors explanation and the discussion offers additional practice outside of your own time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the SI sessions, exam reviews, and to his office at anytime you have a question or are struggling with the class information. The class builds up in itself and as you learn more you need to have the basics down or you'll end up messing up and not understanding new concepts and wasting time reviewing what you should have remembered.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a very tough class, but it was also really easy if you paid attention! You have to go to class and have some sort of understanding of chemistry, because Dr. Dixon goes through things very quickly and does it go into a deep explanation unless you ask for one.

    Course highlights:

This course went into depth on aspects of chemistry I had previously learned but didn't feel like an expert on. It helped me gain the knowledge I'll need for future chemistry courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you always go to class, make sure that you STUDY HARD, do all of the homework that he assigns, even the problems from the back of the book.
