Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was very interesting and challenging enough to keep you interested during lecture. The semester was split between two different professors. The other professor was named William Crampton, an English man with a wonderful accent to make material more fun. All in all I enjoyed the course, instructors, and material.

    Course highlights:

Biology 2 was very ecology based. I learned about phylums and classes, cellular biology processing, and more. The highlight of the class was the lab. The lab TAs were extremely fun and understanding because they had just graduated.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students considering this course is make sure to invest in the textbook and read the chapter before each class. Also the power points are given. They are a great resource for the exams. Professor Crampton in particular likes to ask questions that refer to miniscule details.

I've learned about phylogenetic trees which I thought was fascinating. I've learned about conservation is categorized with different organisms. This course will teach you how the biosphere is affected by us humans along with learning other organisms such as viruses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go over the power points before class, during class, and after class. Study a lot.
