    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

THE2000, Theatre Survey, is a highly enjoyable, easy-to-follow peek at the performance industry that teaches much more than you'd ever expect. A love for the theatre is not necessary for this course, only an open mind.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the history of theatre, ranging from ancient Grecian times, to Avant-Garde Modern pieces, and another notable highlight was the equipment that made productions possible. I learned just how intricate the planning and performing of a play is with today's technology and limitations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open-mind as you encounter new topics as you will gain the most from the course when you don not let your predispositions affect what you learn about theatre.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Loved this class! Professor Schafer was really funny and found ways to help us remember what we have learned. He would also stop in the middle of the module to say an interesting fact about himself that was relevant to the topic which would keep you alert to find it in the module. Therefore you would read all the module.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to appreciate theatre more and how to analyze it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Its easier than you think! Watch out for the trick questions on the quizzes.
