    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Gen ed class, don't be like me and take this for an easy gen ed. This is a PHYSICS class. I didn't realize this going in. He's kinda quirky but it's still a lot of work, 2 hour long lectures to watch per week if you do it online. He wrote the book and expects you to get it. It didn't really help me. He doesn't pay the online class terribly much attention. You get the face to face's left overs maybe. Gives multiple attempts on hw. Do them over til you get the 100 might be the only thing saving your grade.

    Course highlights:

So many science things I never wanted to know but I guess I have a vague understanding of now. Many Chuck Norris jokes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you have to take it, go in positive. Don't bum yourself out. Do all the homework over til you get 100 on them. Weird enough the tests are more theory than math but that somehow doesn't help much

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is pretty hard but you can end up doing good if you go to his office ours, go to tutoring with one of his TA's and go to youtube to watch his lectures.

    Course highlights:

What i gained from this course is different things pertaining to life and how things work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Dont skip class! Go to his office hours so he can get to know you. He's a reasonable guy and willing to help.

    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is more of an introduction to physics class rather than physical science, so it was not what I was expecting to get into. His lectures jump around and don't relate to the previous topic we covered, and he moves so fast that I will be halfway through a sentence when he's already moved on.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to use an iClicker and learned how to work with other students to get through the semester in this class

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Consider if you're interested in physics, or if you'll need to take a physics course for your major. If the answer is yes, then go full speed ahead for this course. If you're on the other side, stay away from this class at all costs - lean towards Biology or Chemistry for your Gen-Ed requirements.
