    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this is one of the hardest courses taught at UCF, Dr. Samsam prepares you immensely for a field in medicine. His anatomy course is no walk in the park, but after dedicating a substantial amount of time into the course you finish the semester learning and retaining all of that information.

    Course highlights:

This is a human anatomy course so I learned all about bones, nerve, muscles, etc.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The textbook is your best friend for the whole semester. Read it, learn it, live it. Attendance in lecture is an absolute must if you want to succeed.

I feel like I gained a lot of important knowledge and it also pushed me to understand better study habits and time management.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It will require a lot of studying and memorization. I would recommend flash cards and as many helpful study aids as you can find.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to anyone that is planning to go to medical school. The professor that teaches this course is hard but he prepares his students well. Also, he tries his best to not let his students fail so he gives generous curves for his exams. If you put the time and effort into studying, you can pass the class with an A like I did.

    Course highlights:

I learned many aspects of the human body in how it works to the different ways things can go wrong in the body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start studying as early as possible, remember his drawings, and remember nerve roots and dermatomes.
