Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is necessary for pre-med students and Frazer makes sure you learn all the information

    Course highlights:

I gained true knowledge of Organic Chemistry II and enjoyed the people as well as the professor I had. The Professor and TA's really knew their information and made the class overall informative

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the book is just as important as attending class. If there is anywhere for you to receive tutoring it is best that you attend at least once or twice a week, and also go to the professors office hours.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Definitely a very fun and interesting lecture. Also you can get by simply by learning the mechanisms and those concepts specifically.

    Course highlights:

I learned a fair amount of reagents and mechanisms to use with them. I can say I honestly this class builds on orgo 1, so have a good foundation. Also there is more than one way to reach your desired compound and typically this prof wants the shortest one.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely have a textbook among friends for reference, but study his powerpoint slides to ensure a passing grade. Also use the text and other sites for a lot of practice material, because the mechanisms are worth the most on exams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Gerasimova is a very caring professor, she genuinely cares about her students and whether or not they learn the material, even though it is tough!

    Course highlights:

Organic chemistry can be rough, but if you take the time to learn the material you can find that the mechanisms are quite fun to draw!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the book and study with friends!
