Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend the course because it isn't just busy work. Its lectures filled with substance taught by someone with obvious knowledge and passion for the material.

    Course highlights:

The lectures and discussions they entailed were easily the highlights. They taught me the origin of cultures but also the reason for their necessity in society and the impact they had.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Its not a class you can mess around in during the lectures; focus is necessary and the content is immensely worth your attention

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because not only is it easy, but it is also interesting. This class discussions are about things that are actually going on in the world. Assignments and papers are based mostly on opinion, which makes you think, instead of the assignments being on fact or memory of a reading.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to think critically when it comes to what certain pieces of art work mean to me, or what an action in a film meant to me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Students entering this course should have an open mind.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is interesting in the material that is learned. It's not all from the textbook, but movies and shows are used for learning tools. I think that is a better way to teach than to read out of a book all the time.

    Course highlights:

Learning about different cultures and arts. I learned things about my own background in this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Watch the films, read the lectures, and you'll do great!
