Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The school is great and allows for growth and opportunity among all students. UCF is really what you make of it not what is given to you. There are many fun and intellectual things to explore and experience if you know where to look (or you ask someone).

    Course highlights:

I think I will easily find a career after I graduate from UCF. The school is heavily involved with industries all over the country and I think my degree will have a lot of value to any job that I apply for.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I think the health and safety on campus is very good. The school has its own police force who are a big part of campus safety. The cleanliness of some bathrooms could be improved.I have had an incredible experience overall at UCF.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Personally my experience with the financial aid department has been pleasant, but I did see firsthand (and have heard it confirmed) that receiving aid here can be a daunting task. My friend had some trouble proving her residency.

    Course highlights:

Another friend had trouble with his loan-through no fault of his own. So be sure to make your finances a personal matter here.Pretty Good – I really like UCF. I transferred from FAU and was afraid it would be a huge difference b/c UCF is so much larger, but my transition was fairly smooth.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are so many things to take part in: clubs, events, volunteering, work-study, internships, research, etc. so a nerd like myself is thrilled at the opportunities. The computer labs are well equipt for research and the student body really is diversified.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class lecture were very long. Around three hours a day. The lectures would get confusing since the professor would fall off topic. We would have a number of small assignments, group project, and we would one final research assignment.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Chicago style format for research papers. He is the first professor to show me how to follow this format. he is a nice professor and he just wants his students to pass.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read and look over notes on his PowerPoint.
