    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Severt is a really good professor. He is very interesting to listen to and tells several of his personal stories. There are decently easy quizzes in the class and one big video project which can be fun if you pick something you're interested in to do it. He explains everything really well as far as classwork goes, so you should not feel lost at any point.

    Course highlights:

You gain a lot of information on how to really take care of your guests and customers in the hospitality industry. The personal experience that is brought in to explain each lesson really highlights the usefulness of what is being taught.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your work and go to class. Attendance is a big part of the grade.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Don't take his online course, it is very confusing.

    Course highlights:

The assignments weren't too hard but he was a hard grader.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay organized! I would take him in person if you could just because his online course is confusing and the information is much more interesting when he is teaching it in class.
