    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend Professor Avery! He teaches this course amazingly and tells you so much. I honestly wish his class had been longer than 12 weeks. Professor Avery has so much information and is so knowledgeable.

    Course highlights:

This course is the most important course for any hospitality major to take. This class could also be called how not to get sued for injuring someone. This class is so important not only for the safety of your events but also for the safety of your guests and staff. This class goes over correct signage, how to have alcohol at your event and even how to do a site inspection.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If possible take Professor Avery. He knows it all. Take as many notes as possible. And ask questions. He has so much experience and knows so much in general.
