Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The information is laid out in a way for you to succeed, but it is up to you to make sure to find the missing information and from there learning the skill. Many of the powerpoints from the class I still use today.

    Course highlights:

Many things to help me study for my CSCS.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take the workload lightly.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Brad is such an amazing professor. Going to class is a must because he explains everything in class, as his power points are only so helpful without his explanations. He really knows how to relate things to how a student would understand and can apply these concepts to our everyday life. It is also helpful that these topics are so interesting, learning about the ins and outs of what exercise can do to our bodies.

    Course highlights:

It is so interesting to learn not only what the body is, but how and why the effects of exercise happen to the body. One can exercise as much as they want, but to really know what is happening physiologically is very helpful to achieving a goal, or fixing a situation when results aren't happening instantly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course, class attendance is a must even if it is not mandatory. The content is pretty heavy, but when it is explained the right way, they are concepts that are not impossible to grasp. Come to class with an open mind, and try to think of out of the box questions that can help relate to your everyday life to gain a better understanding of the whole concept.
