    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course was very straight forward. Read the textbook chapters and the power points she uploads and you'll be fine.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot within this course through the food logs that we had to keep! Really helped me develop better meal plans for myself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you do all of the projects, they are not too hard and will benefit you in many ways. Not only do they bring up your grade in the class, but you will learn so much from them!

    Very nice woman with a very interactive teaching style, makes it very clear what you are expected to know on an exam.

    Course highlights:

    I enjoyed the group presentations. I got to know people in my class and research an interesting topic.

    Advice for students:

    Take it, just complete the study guides and show up to class for the participation grade!
