    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It wasn't a hard class. You just have to study the powerpoints and do the practice quizzes and you'll be okay.

    Course highlights:

    I loved learning about handling my stress better and you also learn your level of stress.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course for those who is Health Sciences Pre-Clinical Major. It is an easy course to take as the elective class if you take it online. It is a basic course that will help you grade up your GPA.

    Course highlights:

    This course is not too difficult. It is all about medical self-assessment. I learned a lot from this course about what is good and not good for our health, the pregnancy, ​and childbirth, etc. There are a lot of new things that I learned from this course that help me understand what is medical self-assessment about.

    6-8 hours

    You should read the book and PowerPoint that is given carefully before each quiz​ or test.
