Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For those math lovers out there, Pre-Calculus is an amazing course to take before you step into the advanced math world of Calculus. Pre-Calculus helps you learns the basics first. On the first semester, you spend time refreshing your memory on Algebra, Geometry while the second semester, you start learning new topics.

    Course highlights:

I learnt a lot from Pre-Calculus. It really helped me in succeeding the Calculus AB class. My teacher was extremely helpful and was very clear on what she had to teach and how to teach it. She had lessons and activities every single day. When we hear lessons, the first word that comes to most students is "boring". But these lessons were actually engaging and often required the students spending time with the group and putting bits and pieces together to learn the subject. So, our teacher was a major highlight of Pre-Calculus.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're a math lover, Pre-Calculus is a walk in the park. If you're so-so on math, Pre-Calculus might be a subject that you might want to look out for. The subject itself is very easy, but if you don't understand one chapter, then the rest of them would prove to be tougher as it requires knowledge from the previous topic as most math classes do. Compared to Calculus AB, Pre-Calculus is much easier as it is just starting with the basics. If you complete the daily homework given by your teacher, then you're sure to have a wonderful time learning about different topics.
